Booth Rental

Group A:  22 – 24 sqm  $ 2.500

Group B:  13 – 18 sqm  $ 1.800

Group C:  9 – 11 sqm  $ 1.300

Group D: Special Booth* Price will be given on demand.

* Limited number of street facing booths available. 18% VAT will be added to the total amount.

Application Information

Exhibitor application form and all supporting documents and images must be submitted by e-mail to application@stepistanbul.com.tr

Applicant is required to submit the following with this application:

  • A brief history of the exhibitor (The year it was established, the gallery, information regarding last 5 exhibitions for initiatives and collectives)
  • A list of products and / or artist(s) whose works will be exhibited under 3000 $  in Step Istanbul.
  • 5 JPEG images of the selected works in an additional file, provided that the value for the works does not exceed 3000 $.

*Image Format: JPEG, Resolution: 300 dpi, Dimensions: 700 pixel max in width or height.

Applications will only be reviewed for evaluation by the Step Istanbul Selection Committee if all above mentioned requirements are met.

Please enter the gallery name exactly how you want to be listed on future marketing and catalogue materials. Remember to indicate all capitals or lowercase letters.

    Step Istanbul does not guarantee requested booth placements, and reserves the right to make changes in booth assignments at up to 1 month prior to the event.

  • 1. This Exhibitor Application (this ‘Agreement’), completed in its entirety and accompanied by the requested information and materials, constitutes an application for exhibition space in Step Istanbul 2019. It is subject to review and approval by Step Istanbul Management. All applications will be accepted or declined at the sole discretion of Step Istanbul by no later than April 5, 2019.
    2. The proposed artist(s) exhibitions at Step Istanbul 2019, is subject to evaluation by the Selection Committee. Upon signing of the Participation Agreement with the approved list of artist(s), the exhibitor is prohibited to add or remove artist(s) from the initial list, without written consent of the Selection Committee.
    3. Step Istanbul is not liable for any losses/damages occurring on the premises. Exhibitors are suggested to insure their own artworks and other necessary valuables in their booth.
    4. The exhibitor will be asked to pay 30% of their total balance within 7 days of official acceptance. The remainder of the balance shall be paid in the next 60 days. The exhibitor will also be asked to provide a valid credit card as a guarantee.
    This application form is not contractual. Unless it is signed by Step Istanbul or by both parties, this agreement is not obligatory for neither of the parties. Upon the completion of the decision process by the Selection Committee on 5 April 2019, the acceptance process of the applications will be completed by a letter to be sent by Step Istanbul.
    I’ve read this form thoroughly in the name of the participant I represent, including the terms and conditions of participation. I accept the validity of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
